I started out making house calls. Medicare and final expense, in living rooms across Black neighbourhoods, sitting at kitchen tables with seniors who had worked forty years and still had no idea what would happen to their money.

What I learned is that the problem was never information. Everybody had a folder of statements and a cousin with an opinion. What they did not have was somebody who came back — who answered the phone in March about the thing they signed in January.

So I built The Black Wealth Company around that missing part. Every plan we write has a named human accountable for it. The math can be automated. The showing up cannot.
