He is the person on the Zoom and the person at the front of the room — walking through retirement income mechanics, the real estate behind them, and the Black Wealth Campus homebuying path in language people can act on.
Sessions are educational and conversational. Nothing is sold from the stage, and every session ends with open questions — the ones people are usually too polite to ask.

Most sessions are free to attend — the card for each event shows either “Free” or the starting ticket price, pulled directly from Eventbrite. Where a workshop is ticketed, the price covers the venue and materials for the day.
Virtual sessions run 60 to 90 minutes with a live presentation and open Q&A, and you can join from anywhere. In-person workshops are half-day sessions with the full curriculum, local market data for that city, one-on-one time with the team afterwards, and time to network with other attendees.
No. The events are educational and open to everyone. Accreditation only matters if you later choose to explore a Black Wealth Fund, LLC offering, which is made solely to accredited investors under Regulation D and only by means of the offering documents.
Virtual sessions are recorded and a replay link is emailed to everyone who registered, so it is worth registering even if you cannot make the live time. In-person workshops are not recorded — the value there is the room.
Yes, and we encourage it — this material lands better when a household hears it together. Please register each guest on Eventbrite separately so we have an accurate headcount and everyone gets their own confirmation and join link.
